Additionally, an email notification is sent to our team via Google's email service.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries). Data is processed within the EU/EEA. Google's data processing terms apply. Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully resolved, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Waitlist

When you sign up for our waitlist, the data you provide (name, email address, company, and area of interest) will be transmitted to Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Limited) to notify you about product availability and early access.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via our contact form using the topic "Data Privacy (GDPR)". Upon withdrawal, your data will be deleted promptly.

7. Google Fonts
